Working closely with engineering, product, data science and client stakeholders, you will establish scalable QA practices, ensure high-quality software releases, and guide QA teams through complex implementation and delivery cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end QA strategy and execution across web, mobile, API, cloud, and AI-enabled applications in an agile delivery environment.

  • Guide the team with automation initiatives using frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress and Playwright.
  • Establish quality governance standards, release readiness processes, defect management workflows and QA metrics aligned with organizational delivery goals.
  • Lead API, microservices, and event-driven testing using Postman, Rest Assured, Swagger and related testing frameworks.
  • Define performance and reliability testing strategies using JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar tools to ensure scalability and platform resilience.
  • Lead technical QA discussions with clients and internal stakeholders, translating business requirements into comprehensive testing strategies and release plans.
  • Support pre-sales by contributing to technical proposals, estimations, QA approaches and RFPs for enterprise engagements.
  • Team management, mentor QA engineers, review test artifacts and ensure adherence to quality standards, security practices, and delivery timelines.
  • Produce and maintain QA documentation including test strategies, defect reports, QA release notes and maintain QA retrospective practises.
